We want you to be happy with your Cran & Pam merchandise. Because many of our products may be made or printed specifically for each order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
 

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or full refund, including applicable product charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
 

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error with your order.
